Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Fraym handles, why, and how to ask us to remove it.

Last updated: June 2026

Fraym is a product of Dominion Lux Holdings Limited. This policy applies to the Fraym website and application.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to provide and maintain Fraym, to authenticate accounts, to operate public boards, to handle billing, and to respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of providers to run Fraym. Each handles only the data needed for its role:

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting support@fraym.dev. Public board submitters can ask the board owner, or us, to remove their submission.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including access controls at the database level. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and to respond quickly if an issue arises.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ safeguards for handling data across borders.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour those rights where they apply.

Children

Fraym is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will update the date above when we do. Questions can be sent to support@fraym.dev.
