Terms of service

These terms cover how you can use Fraym. Please read them before you create an account.

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

Fraym is a product of Dominion Lux Holdings Limited. Fraym is a software service for collecting customer feedback, managing a public roadmap, publishing a changelog, and embedding those views on your own site. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dominion Lux Holdings Limited, and “you” means the person or organisation using Fraym.

Your account

You need an account to create workspaces. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Use accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fraym to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. Public boards you run are yours to moderate. You are responsible for the content posted to your boards and for reviewing submissions before approving them for public display.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your users add to Fraym. You grant us the permission we need to host, store, and display that content so we can provide the service to you. Public submissions such as ideas, votes, and comments are shown on the boards you choose to make public.

Plans and billing

Fraym is offered as monthly subscriptions: Starter at $29 per month, Growth at $79 per month, and Studio at $179 per month. A Command plan is available from $349 per month by application, and a one-time founding lifetime deal is offered separately. New self-serve plans start with a 14 day trial and no card is required to begin. Where payment is required, payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle may handle billing, invoices, receipts, and applicable taxes. Full details are in our billing and refund policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Availability

We work to keep Fraym available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Fraym in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows or as legal requirements change. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Fraym after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dominion Lux Holdings Limited is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
