Billing questions
For questions about plans, invoices, payments, or taxes, email us at the address above. Payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, and your receipts and invoices come from Paddle. You can review plan details on the pricing page and refund terms in our billing and refund policy.
Reporting a bug
If something is not working, email us with as much of the following as you can:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- The workspace or board address involved.
- Your browser and device, and a screenshot if you have one.
Account and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. To delete your account and its data, email support@fraym.dev and we will take care of it.
