Billing and refunds

How Fraym billing works, and how to request a refund.

Last updated: June 2026

Subscriptions

Fraym is sold as monthly subscriptions: Starter at $29 per month, Growth at $79 per month, and Studio at $179 per month. A Command plan is available from $349 per month by application, and a one-time founding lifetime deal is offered separately. New self-serve plans start with a 14 day trial and no card is required to begin.

Payments and invoices

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Fraym. Paddle handles the checkout, charges, receipts, invoices, and any applicable taxes. The charge on your statement may appear under Paddle. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms, which are available from Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous payments; refunds for previous payments are handled according to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Payments for Fraym are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. For purchases processed by Paddle, refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. In line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, you may request a refund or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction. This 14 day window reflects Paddle’s minimum refund and withdrawal policy for digital purchases. Whether a specific purchase qualifies, and any exceptions, are determined under Paddle’s policy and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

To request a refund, contact us at support@fraym.dev or follow the refund request process provided directly by Paddle. Where a refund is due under those terms, Paddle processes it back to your original payment method. If a refund is issued, access to the relevant product or service may be revoked.

Failed or overdue payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and let you know. If a payment stays overdue, paid features may be paused until billing is back in good standing. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
